I could not re-join the Republican Party. I know I said I was going to do it a few months ago but I just could not do it. I did give to The Trump campaign but I may not do that again either. But why, you might ask?
The Republicans may not be as corrupt as the Democrats but they are not as sincere as they present themselves to be. I think, donating to Donald J Trumps campaign convinced me that the system is to corrupt and only God can fix it. There is not enough money in the world to buy the right people for the jobs available; money can’t fix it. Money busy most politicians more opportunities to lie to the people.
I decided to continue to pray and vote my faith. Truth be told, I believe that it is more important to focus on where I will spend eternity rather than how I am going to keep my lights on. No, I don’t want the grid to go down but, even if Trump does become the next President, if God allows an attack on this country the grid can still go down.
Therefore: my name is Marsha and I am registered: NO POLITICAL AFFILIATION.
A note about my giving and why I hate giving to any organization, including some churches: begging for dollars. I average 4 text messages a day from various Trump organizations asking for money, since I made that donation; it is annoying. Obviously, I know how to give because I gave before, without being asked. AND, unlike other text messages you cannot reply STOP to end the text, apparently I agreed to this and I have to research on how to un-agree.
I am not participating in the purchasing of votes but I will pray.
