Eating healthy ain’t cheap! At least when you first get started. However, the cost of not eating healthy cost more.
It is very important that you begin to understand the things you are putting into your body and why it is important that you know where ALL YOUR FOODS come from.
I personally believe: the reason there is an increase number of autism, alzeheimer's and cancer cases is because of the man made products we are putting in our bodies.
