WRITING THE WORD PART 7 of 7: SETTING THE PACE

 Hebrews 12:1-2 (KJV)
1  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
2  Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 

I am settled now, writing Scripture. I have relieved myself of all writing goals and determined to appreciate the process. I am reminded of the year I determined to actually study God’s word from Genesis to Revelation, really read and study, it took me 3 1/2 years. Writing Scripture may or may not take me that long, it could take me longer.

My goal, to appreciate every word that “Is written”. 

I have no plans to add to the Writing the Word series, if Jesus does not come before I am finished perhaps I will write a postscript. There is mmore to this Blog than my being a modern day Scribe.
