BIBLE STUDY- PROVERBS #9
PROVERBS 2:10-18, 18-22
NETTIE-ISM: Christianity doesn’t always make sense to unbelievers. We say things like: “The Lord said to me.” What exactly does that mean?
YHWH’s speaks to His children, those who believe according to their personality and it always agrees with Scripture. He will never tell you anything that is contrary to what He has declared in Scripture.
Ruach Hakodesh, Hebrew for Spirit of GOD. I like using the Hebraic terms for the names of our God because it distinguishes Him from the worldly gods.
JOHN 14:16 NEW KING JAMES VERSION
And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another [a]Helper, that He may abide with you forever—
Ruach Hakodesh is the One who speaks to us. As Believers the Ruach, Breath, of Elohim has rebirthed within us. His Spirit speaks through and to our spirit. True wisdom comes from Elohim not people.
PROVERBS 2:10-18 NEW KING JAMES VERSION
When wisdom enters your heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul, discretion will preserve you; understanding will keep you, to deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perverse things, from those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness; who rejoice in doing evil, and delight in the perversity of the wicked; whose ways are crooked, and who are devious in their paths; to deliver you from the immoral woman, from the seductress who flatters with her words, who forsakes the companion of her youth,and forgets the covenant of her God.
For her house leads down to death, and her paths to the dead;
YHWH is 100 percent masculine- male. Today’s society wants to feminize, weaken our understanding. Many in the ‘modern world’ want to present Him as a pacifist, a gentle soul who will do no harm. Others declare Him sovereign without appreciating the full definition; He is the final authority yet he has given us the ability t choose.
1 CORINTHIANS 10:13 NEW KING JAMES VERSION
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
He, YHWH, is not constantly intervening in our lives but He will intercede if allowed. Godly wisdom leads us away from evil (Matthew 6:13). The question is: Are you listening to Him or them?
COLOSSIANS 1:9
For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
Side note: As I was editing this post I kept thinking about Kamala Harris. YHWH is masculine; evil takes on a feminine characteristic.
PROVERBS 2:18-22 THE VOICE
For her house is on the road that leads to death, and her path goes down to the shadowy pit. Those who go to her will never return; they will never again find their way back to true life.
As for you, you should walk like those who are good and keep to the paths of those who love justice, For those who live right will remain in the land and those with integrity will endure here. But not the wicked; they will be forced out and banned from this promised land, and those who deal in deceit will be plucked up like weeds.
Everything within me says a Biden - Harris presidency will be a Harris - Biden presidency and this will open the door to pure evil. MY OPINION!!!!
