NETTIE-ISM: Put your faith where your circumstances are- all of them!
JAMES 2:18 THE EXPANDED BIBLE
[L- But] Someone might say, “You have faith, but I have ·deeds [works].” ·Show me [Prove; Demonstrate] your faith without ·doing anything [L- works], and I will ·show you [prove; demonstrate] my faith by ·what I do [my works].
Your words and actions reveal your faith. It is amazing the number of people over the age of 60 that talk about their health issues and declare aches and pains are part of the aging process. Many people fear a diagnosis of cancer. Then there are those who give extra to church when they are facing financial crisis compared to the giving sparingly on other days. People who say they believe in YHWH actively participate in homosexual behavior and abort their baby or encourage someone to do so. There are many indications that you do not have faith in YHWH as He is revealed in Scripture.
THIS YEAR RESOLVE TO BELIEVE THE WORD!
ROMANS 10:17Going to church and hearing YHWH’s word are not synonymous. Many people hear messages of encouragement and motivation yet fail to develop trust in Him.
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
I remember sitting in church during the housing crisis listening to testimony after testimony of how families were still together despite losing their home to foreclosure! I was thinking to myself, as my husband and I were going through our own financial crisis, “this is not what GOD wants!” Thanks be to GOD who gives us the victory (1 Corinthians 15:57). The Pastor declared these people were tithers (works) therefore GOD helped them through the crisis- no doubt he did according to their faith (Matthew 9:29). I believed: With God nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37).
Matthew 9:29
Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”
If it is part of GOD’s promises then you can have it, if you believe. Belief does not come overnight nor does believing mean the manifestation of the promise will be instant. The first step is listening to yourself.
LUKE 6:45
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
MATTHEW 12:37
For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
I call it: self-fulfilling prophecies. Not only does what you say about yourself affect your life but what you say about others does as well. Your words are seeds planted that will produce an in-kind harvest. Generations ago we were taught: If you don’t have anything good to say say nothing; now everyone wants to give their opinion good or bad.
Learn to speak the Word over your situations which means you have to personally study the word. Learn to see in the spirit
EPHESIANS 1:16-18He was the Word in the beginning and became flesh living among us; He is beyond natural. Trust His Word more than man’s or even your own. Resolve to speak His truths as it is written and not the beliefs of others. Resolve to believe.
do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
